Really proud to see the Youth Insights Participatory Research Toolkit published by Queen Mary University of London!! The toolkit was co-created with young people from across east London and aims to help researchers work with children and young people. It brings together practical advice, real examples and reflections on how to make research more meaningful, ethical and inclusive by involving young people as partners in the process. My biggest takeaway is that young people often have some of the most valuable ideas in the room, but creating the space for those ideas to be heard takes time, trust and a willingness to listen.
