I was SHIT scared to start the India channel for vidIQ vidIQ is one of the biggest YouTube growth platforms in the world, with 2M+ subscribers teaching creators how to grow on YouTube. I still remember my manager saying, “just be you, we trust you.” Mind you, I had NEVER worked with these people before hahaha. Thanks, Joe Bereta, you're the best! So I took the advice seriously. I started the channel. I even admitted in the first videos that I was nervous doing this, and weirdly enough, I think that’s what people connected with the most. The channel started performing. YAY! Honestly, it’s been a pleasure representing a global brand voice for an Indian audience in my own way. Now we’re taking things to Instagram too, and once again I’m scared. Because as much as I love building things from scratch, numbers still scare me, dude. AAAAAAAA The best part is vidIQ now has an actual IG growth tool too, and ngl I’ve been using it heavily while building this next phase. Made the whole process way less overwhelming. You should check it out, it's really sexy. Also, I think people assume creators become confident after a point. nah. You just get better at building while scared. Cheers to new things!
