Daily I see many posts on LinkedIn saying that 1. we hired people for a position with no experience. 2. he/she got a promotion today. 3. we need to give chance to new people. 4. Once someone has given chance to us. ..........and so on........ Then I search for entry-level jobs..........its saying 3-5 years of experiences with all front end and backend technologies. And some technologies are written in additional skills.
