Daniel Waller, Head of Distribution at PPS Mutual, has had his feet under the desk for a couple of months now. In a recent discussion, he reflected on what he has seen - the importance of building adviser capability and understanding of the PPS Mutual model, particularly it's unique role of mutuality in the Australian market.
