This week, the PowerUp team were in Glasgow for the All-Energy Exhibition and Conference. And it's clear the world is increasingly coming to the same conclusion... Our grids are no longer fit for purpose. As renewable generation scales, energy is becoming more abundant in some places and less accessible in others. Our Co-Founder, David Collinson, spoke at the Energy Systems Catapult Scale Up Innovator Showcase to discuss how mobile Battery Energy Distribution Systems (BEDS) can support the grid by moving energy from where it is abundant to where it is needed most. For decades, fuel has been physically delivered to places pipelines cannot reach.
