Hospitality cannot exist in isolation, it sits within communities, ecosystems, and everyday life. When we operate in places like Bali, the impact, and the responsibility become very real, shaping food systems, influencing waste, and affecting the people around us. That’s why we’re glad to contribute to Hospitality Rising: Global Challenges, Local Solutions, the new report by the The Sustainable Restaurant Association. Bringing together stories from across the industry, it reflects a simple but important idea: the most meaningful solutions are built locally, through collaboration, shared knowledge, and time. At Potato Head, this is something we continue to learn every day, working closely with local producers, rethinking waste as a resource, and building systems that can hold both creativity and responsibility in balance. For anyone working in hospitality, it’s a report worth spending time with. The report is free to download, and you can also join the webinar Report: https://lnkd.in/dQRNfjMk Webinar: https://lnkd.in/emVSfMiy
