We recently announced a package of remuneration improvements designed to strengthen postmaster income and support a more competitive, sustainable network. Key improvements include a higher income share from product sales, and a consistent approach to remuneration across different post office branch types. These changes build on the £86 million in increased remuneration delivered over the last financial year and put us firmly on track to reach the halfway point of our £250 million commitment in year two of our five-year Transformation Plan.
