To mark Pride this year, colleagues at Post Office attended Birmingham Pride to celebrate inclusion and show support for our LGBTQIA+ communities.   Here at Post Office, we’re navigating huge change across the business and our branches, and creating a culture where everyone feels accepted and supported matters just as much as the work we’re delivering. Through our networks like PRISM, our LGBTQIA+ network, we’re helping build an organisation where people can be themselves and feel they belong.   Events like Pride aren’t just about one day – they’re a reminder of the inclusive culture we’re working towards.   A huge thank you thank to our PRISM network for making it such a memorable day.
