The space industry is shifting from one off manufacturing to industrial scale production. 🚀 By 2030, more than 30,000 satellites are expected to orbit Earth. This rapid growth is putting pressure on rocket manufacturers to increase output while maintaining the highest quality standards. Beyond Gravity USA, a market leader for rocket components, faced exactly this challenge. Together with Porsche Consulting, the company transformed its production system at its U.S. facility to enable series manufacturing for launcher components. The focus was clear: creating a scalable production setup without compromising precision.
