🏥 Fortschritt beim AUVA-Zubau in Wien Meidling ​ Seit dem Start der Bauarbeiten arbeitet die PORR gemeinsam mit Pittel+Brausewetter intensiv am ersten Bauabschnitt: dem Zubau für die Allgemeine Unfallversicherungsanstalt (AUVA). ​ Errichtet wird ein moderner Gebäudekomplex in Stahlbeton-Massivbauweise mit zwei Unter- und vier Obergeschossen. Ergänzend dazu wird eine leistungsfähige Haustechnik umgesetzt, die den Betrieb am Standort zuverlässig unterstützt. Außerdem entstehen Flächen für Lager und Logistik, eine Aufbereitungseinheit für Medizinprodukte (AEMP), Ausbildungsbereiche sowie Büroeinheiten. ​ Besonders anspruchsvoll ist die Realisierung im Umfeld eines laufenden Krankenhausbetriebs – hier sind präzise Planung, abgestimmte Abläufe und eingespielte Teams entscheidend für den Projekterfolg 🤝 ​ Im anschließenden Bauabschnitt 2 folgt der Umbau des bestehenden Traumazentrums Wien der AUVA – mit Fokus auf moderne Medizinbereiche und optimierte Abläufe im laufenden Betrieb. Für sämtliche Bauabschnitte zeichnet außerdem unsere PORR Healthcare für Betriebsorganisationsplanung, Medizintechnikplanung & Migrationsplanung verantwortlich.  ​ Mit diesem Projekt stärkt die PORR einmal mehr ihre Kompetenz im komplexen Hochbau und schafft zukunftsfitte Strukturen am AUVA-Standort in Wien 🏗️ ​ ___ 🏥 Progress on the AUVA Expansion in Vienna Since construction began, PORR has been working closely with Pittel+Brausewetter on the first phase of the project: the expansion of the General Accident Insurance Institution (AUVA). A modern building complex is being constructed using reinforced concrete with two basement levels and four above-ground floors. In addition, a high-performance building services system is being implemented to reliably support operations at the site. The project also includes space for storage and logistics, the processing of medical products, training areas, and office units. Carrying out the project while the hospital remains in operation is particularly challenging-precise planning, coordinated processes, and well-coordinated teams are crucial to the project’s success 🤝 The subsequent Phase 2 will involve the renovation of the existing AUVA Trauma Center in Vienna – with a focus on modern medical facilities and optimized workflows while the hospital remains in operation.
