JUST SITTING ON AN FMS-CHAIR IS ENOUGH TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE PELVIC FLOOR FUNCTION, QUALITY OF LIFE AND REDUCE INCONTINENCE SYMPTOMS.   Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) offers a non-invasive and simple option for individuals suffering with Incontinence. However, the question that both providers and customers really want to know is ‘Does it really work?’. We recognize the importance of answering this question systematically and transparently. For that reason, Cleo Barrable, a practicing healthcare professional with specialization in pelvic health, conducted an extensive review in June 2025 that searched for all available high-quality research on this subject.   The results are very convincing: It is clear that a good scientific evidence-base has emerged, which supports the use of FMS in an incontinence population.   The systematic search behind this statement revealed 163 journal articles, which after careful screening were narrowed down to 15 Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs). The results of these studies demonstrated statistically significant positive effects across outcomes looking at incontinence, quality of life (physical and psychosocial aspects) and pelvic floor function and the analysed methodology, outcomes and results are discussed in detail in the document provided.    These results highlight FMS as a simple and evidence-based conservative treatment option for incontinence that can be used flexibly in combination or as a stand-alone treatment.
