If Argentina is the global powerhouse of polo, the city of Cañuelas acts as its primary economic engine. With 71,000 residents, this rural town drives a strategic convergence between real estate and the equine industry. The area boasts over 3,000 hectares dedicated to the polo universe, ranging from breeding and equipment production to international tourism, generating a favourable ecosystem for investment. The district hosts more than 15 high-performance organisations, including La Natividad, with over 40 operational grounds and another 30 in the planning stage. Within this context of commercial expansion emerges La Dolfina Polo Ranch, a project designed to redefine the suburban residential market by capitalising on the equestrian lifestyle. To deliver the project, the development team partnered with the firm Espacia Desarrollos and a private investment group, forming a renowned consortium alongside Oficina Urbana, responsible for the layout. The interior architecture was crafted by MSGSSV, whilst marketing was entrusted to L.J. Ramos. Furthermore, Estudio Balzano, one of the country's leading practices in equestrian architecture, provided its international expertise in sporting infrastructure. The master plan prioritises investor privacy. The layout comprises 900 plots from 1,200 to 3,000 square metres, with 650 for detached houses, alongside 200 apartments and 16 rural estates with private stables and grounds. Plot prices range from US$ 60,000 to US$ 330,000, with financing options available. As an initial incentive, early owners will be exempt from paying service charges until the end of 2027. Following its official launch in 2023, the market responded with waiting lists. Currently, the first of three construction phases is progressing with key polo facilities operating and a high percentage of plots already sold, confirming the strength of the founder's brand as a property business model.
