Together with leading companies from the region and Johanna Mikl-Leitner, we worked on an economic strategy for the Waldviertel in April and had the pleasure of hosting this initiative in Karlstein 🙂 What emerged was not a rigid concept, but a dynamic and open dialogue, driven by a shared commitment to explore new paths together. Because true strategy is not created on paper, but where people come together, share their visions and take bold action.
