What makes a remote-first culture actually work? For us, it starts with intentional moments of connection that build trust and deepen relationships. One of the ways we do this at PolicyMe is through our Hub City Socials. Small, casual meetups in cities like Montreal, Vancouver, Kitchener, and Toronto where teammates can meet up in person however it works for them. Teams can grab a coffee, share a meal, or just hang out off-screen for a bit. Just humans sharing a human moment.
