For International Women’s Day 2026, we wanted to do more than just celebrate, we wanted to create real opportunities for connection and career growth. So we opened up our office and hosted an event for women exploring their next step in the tech space. 💚✨ We also invited other companies who are actively hiring, so those conversations could turn into real, tangible opportunities for new roles. The room was full of strong talent, thoughtful conversations, and humans showing up with real intention. Although we love being remote-first, being in the same room created such a unique space to build true connect and have deep discussions. We’ve said it before and we will say it again — remote first, doesn’t mean remote only! Huge thank you to WomenHack for partnering with us, and to everyone who joined ready to connect, learn, and share. Shoutout to PolicyMe humans Laura McKay, Chloe Cheung, Vanesa Cotlar, MBA & Shahin H. for representing the team and creating such a welcoming space all night.
