Today marks my last day at The/Nudge Institute — closing a chapter that has been nothing short of transformative. Over the past months, I’ve had the privilege of being part of a mission-driven organization that is deeply committed to ending poverty sustainably and at scale. I am especially grateful to have worked alongside some truly incredible colleagues — Sriram V, Sundara Meenakshi S, Saikrishna V, Lahar Bhasin, Gurkaram Singh, Sharon Thomas, Mrinalini Shishodia, Naman Gupta, Ritika Varyani, Padma Subramanian, Om Prakash, Shaily Shah, Prem Prasad, Siddhi Jha, Rupal Singh, and Sowmya Ramakrishnan Romita Choudhury yashwanth kumar — each of whom brought their own spark, wisdom, and heart into the work we did together. From solving complex problems to sharing everyday laughs, these relationships made all the difference. I will miss working with you all deeply. I would also like to take a moment to thank the incredible partners and collaborators from organizations that continue to support the powerful work done by The/Nudge — Gauri Bhure, Samreen Hasan, Smrithi Sundaresan, Ramachandran A, Smeeta Jaybhaye, Upahar Pramanik, Amrita Nayak, Shakti Singh, unnikrishnan ts, Swarnima Tamang, Manasvi Dodiya Katwa, Sanjogeeta Singh, and Harsha Rama. Your unwavering support, trust, and shared belief in the cause made my time here even more rewarding. The opportunity to collaborate, learn, and exchange ideas with each of you has left a lasting impression. A special note of thanks to atul satija for creating a platform like The/Nudge that enables individuals like me to contribute meaningfully to social impact. As I move on to the next chapter of my professional journey, I carry with me a deep sense of gratitude — for the people I have met, the lessons I have learned, and the values that have been reinforced along the way. Thank you, The/Nudge Institute, for the memories, the mission, and the moments. Looking forward to staying connected with everyone! 😊
