This week, two members of our team had the pleasure of attending the PDUG - Polish Db2 Users Group conference, connecting with the broader Db2 community, customers, and industry experts. From the Db2 LUW perspective, the event offered a wealth of valuable technical content, insights into new features, and meaningful discussions with peers: "Great experience overall, a lot of useful talks, interesting features and good conversations with like-minded people. Thanks Bartek Jurczak for your feedback on the tool! Came back with more ideas, more motivation, and a stronger feeling that we are moving in the right direction." — Ruslan Poltavets From the Db2 z/OS side, one of the highlights was meeting customers face-to-face and learning how they use our log analysis and data management solutions to support their critical mainframe environments: "There is nothing quite like gathering in person with the Db2 community to share insights and talk shop. Hearing firsthand how customers leverage our solutions on z/OS to keep their systems running smoothly is incredibly rewarding. Shoutout to Chuck Edmondson, Haakon Roberts, Marcus Davage and many others for the engaging conversations around our tools and the broader mainframe ecosystem. It was also a pleasure to reconnect with our long-time partner, Jørn Thyssen." — Serhii Grabchuk We returned from PDUG with fresh ideas, stronger connections, and renewed motivation to continue delivering solutions that help organizations get the most from their Db2 environments — both for LUW and z/OS. #PDUG #Db2 #Db2LUW #Db2zOS #CustomerSuccess #Innovation #TechCommunity #ProductDevelopment #SoftwareEngineering #TechLeadership #EnterpriseSoftware #Mainframe #MainframeModernization #LegacySystems #zOS
