Lalit has been a key part of our journey from the very beginning, helping build and scale our business across markets. From shaping the growth playbook in India and scaling to 150M+ users, to building our US business from the ground up, his contribution has been consistent. As we expand globally, Lalit will now lead all business operations for our audio business—across markets, growth, monetisation, and execution. His journey is a strong example of our belief in growing leaders from within.
