השבוע זכיתי לקחת חלק במפגש משמעותי במרכז לאודר לתעסוקה בנגב עם חברי משלחת JLIM של JNF-USA, מנהיגים ומנהיגות צעירים מארצות הברית שהגיעו להכיר מקרוב את האנשים, הקהילות, האתגרים וההזדמנויות בנגב. זה היה ערב של שיח עמוק על תעסוקה, קהילה, חדשנות ועתיד עולם העבודה. בשנים האחרונות אני עוסקת הרבה בשאלה איך מחברים בין אנשים להזדמנויות בצורה טובה, מדויקת ואנושית יותר. דרך העבודה שלי בעולמות התעסוקה, הגיוס והיום גם דרך Pargoda, אני רואה מקרוב עד כמה שוק העבודה משתנה, ועד כמה חשוב לבנות פתרונות שמגיעים מתוך הבנה אמיתית של השטח. במהלך הערב דיברנו על שאלות שמעסיקות לא רק את הנגב, אלא את עולם העבודה כולו: איך הופכים אזור לפריפריה של הזדמנויות ולא של פשרות איך תעסוקה איכותית מחזקת קהילה ואיך טכנולוגיה יכולה לעזור לארגונים ולאנשים לקבל החלטות טובות יותר עבורי, זה היה רגע שמחבר בין הדרך המקצועית שלי, האמונה שלי באזור הזה, והעשייה שלי היום כיזמת שמנסה להביא לעולם הגיוס פתרונות פשוטים, חכמים ואנושיים יותר. יצאתי מהמפגש עם תחושה חזקה שהעתיד של עולם העבודה ייבנה דרך חיבורים אנושיים, שיתופי פעולה, קהילות חזקות וטכנולוגיה שמשרתת צורך אמיתי. תודה ל‏Keren Cohen‏ ולצוות מרכז לאודר, ל-JNF-USA, לחברי משלחת JLIM ולכל השותפים לערב משמעותי ומעורר מחשבה. הנגב הוא לא רק מקום. הוא מרחב של הזדמנויות, מנהיגות ועתיד. English below This week I had the opportunity to take part in a meaningful meeting at the Lauder Employment Center in the Negev with the JLIM delegation of JNF-USA, young leaders from the United States who came to learn more about the people, communities, challenges, and opportunities in the Negev. It was a meaningful conversation about employment, community, innovation, and the future of work. Over the years, I have worked a lot with one central question: how do we connect people to opportunities in a smarter, more accurate, and more human way? Through my work in employment, recruitment, and today through Pargoda, I see how much the labor market is changing, and how important it is to build solutions that come from a real understanding of the field. We discussed questions that are relevant not only to the Negev, but to the future of work as a whole: How can we turn regions into places of opportunity rather than compromise? How can quality employment strengthen communities? And how can technology help organizations and people make better decisions? For me, this evening connected my professional journey, my belief in the region, and my work today as an entrepreneur building smarter, simpler, and more human recruitment solutions. I left with a clear feeling that the future of work will be built through human connections, meaningful partnerships, strong communities, and technology that serves real needs.
