On Monday, May 18th, the PMI network in Västerås hosted its second event of the year. This time focusing on large-scale projects and the challenges that come with them. Our guest speaker, Georg Lindberg-Bösche, shared valuable insights from his role as Contract Manager for the Stegra project, one of Sweden’s most complex industrial initiatives currently underway. The presentation gave a fascinating look into the realities of managing contracts and collaboration in a project of this scale, along with practical lessons learned along the way. The event attracted around 30 participants and sparked many interesting discussions throughout the evening.
