International network- yes! Volunteer peers to share and learn from - yes! Inspiration -yes! LIM - Leadership Institute Meeting is ongoing in Lisbon. Here we meet the volunteer colleagues in other European Chapters, to network, get updated on what is going on in PMI, both globally and regionally. Representing PMI Sweden Chapter; Jeremy Parker , Anna Söderström , Niklas Kylvåg , Barbara Klein , Therese Helander and Katarina Strömberg We will share our learnings in three sessions: ”Unlocking Board Potential: Tools and strategies for exceptional performance” by Therese and Katarina , ”Win-Win Mentorship: From Volunteers to Leaders” by Jeremy and Marko Golob, PMP from the Slovenia Chapter, ”Inside the GigaProjects Command Room” by Therese together with Raphael Ani To participate in LIM is a fantastic experience and we are all very happy to represent the Sweden Chapter.
