PROUD LIKE A BOSCH 🏳️‍🌈 🌈✨ I had such a great time at Madrid Pride, celebrating our true colors for the first time! Just like our Bosch friends in Stuttgart and Boston, we proudly joined the parade in Madrid. Respecting, valuing, and supporting diversity is essential, as it reflects our consumer base and our associates. It helps us build more inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued, safe and respected. A big thanks to our DEI Coordinator, Annick Catarino, for her continuous support, guidance, and always being open to listen to ideas and other points of view. 🌷 Can’t wait to see our little B:Proud Iberia group grow.
