As a grey hair in recruiting I am the first to admit that I am a Technology Laggard (I prefer others to work out the kinks first 😜) and maybe a bit old school (and maybe can't spell AI). But recently I have been mistaken for being an AI Bot on phone calls as well as emails. Is this the new world we live in? A client of mine has added this note to all their job postings, I think I will do the same. "All applications are considered and are reviewed by a human".
