📘 PM tec Training: Scheduling with Oracle Primavera P6 This two-day course provides the foundation for PM tec’s P6 training courses. Students will learn to navigate the P6 software modules and features while establishing the project structure, building and updating project schedules, setting baselines for performance measurement, and formatting project data to produce reporting layouts that clearly communicate project status to all stakeholders. The course is conducted in a hands-on, workshop format that maximizes student interaction with the software and provides opportunities to work through challenges commonly faced by new Primavera P6 users.
