Streaming tells you what people listen to. It doesn't tell you what they'll buy tickets for. Indian music owns 69% of YouTube chart share in the UAE but makes up just 11% of live events there. In Saudi Arabia, the same genre accounts for 0.5% of shows. K-pop holds 12.4% on Spotify and barely registers on stage. The same artist can sell out Riyadh and underperform in Dubai. Songs are going viral faster than ever. According to Chartmetric, the average time for a track to hit 100,000 TikTok posts dropped from 340 days in 2020 to about 50 days by 2025. But faster virality is producing weaker returns. The TikTok-to-Spotify conversion rate has dropped 2.6x over five years. More attention, less clarity. That's the gap organisers are working with. We built Artist Intelligence to close it. An AI advisory tool that draws on 100 million+ tickets sold across 18 countries over 18 years, cross-referenced with real-time streaming and social data from Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok. How it works: an organiser shares a shortlist of artists. Artist Intelligence analyses each one's digital footprint and matches it against first-party ticketing patterns, including purchase history, fill rates, price sensitivity, and demand by city, day, and season. The output is a comparative demand forecast that helps build a smarter concert strategy. As our CEO Cosmin Ivan told IQ Magazine: "The Middle East is not a single market. It's a constellation of distinct, fast-evolving markets with different consumer behaviors, price sensitivities, and content preferences." That's exactly why streaming charts alone don't work here. And why we built a tool that combines what people listen to with what they actually show up for.
