Kim, Co-President Louis Samson joined Ashley Baum, CFA of Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Mathieu Chabran of Tikehau Capital, Avshalom Kalichstein of Hunter Point Capital, and Anthony. Sokoloff (Leonard Green & Partners).   Across both sessions, one theme stood out: Success in today’s private equity environment requires creativity, operational depth, and the ability to navigate complexity — not just traditional financial engineering.
