A recycled plastic supply chain is only as strong as its collectors at the start. Ashraff collects 500–700 kg of plastic daily in Mangalore, four times as much as he managed before Plastics For Change provided him with an e-tricycle.  He now runs his own scrap shop and feeds directly into a supply chain that brands across the world source from. This is what Plastics For Change does on the ground. We work with waste collectors across India, providing equipment, fair wages, and direct market access so that more plastic gets collected, sorted, and certified before it reaches a single production line. When a brand sources recycled plastic through us, it sources material with a verified origin and a traceable chain of custody from collector to pellet.
