PMT offers custom thermoforming in our Denver, CO facility. We run 9 thermoforming lines including pressure, vacuum and drape forming. We form parts up to 10' x 5' sheets and 0.75" thickness, then trim on 5-axis CNC routers to maintain dimensional accuracy. Large structural housings ship ready for integration, not rework.
