𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions • Manage communication across social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls • Maintain a positive brand image through quality customer support 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Good command of the English language • Understanding of social media platforms • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills • Previous customer support or e-commerce experience is a plus 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Shadman 1, Lahore 🕒 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 💼 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time 💰 Salary and timings are adjustable as per experience and expertise.
