Grün, offen, flexibel – das neue ELL Office in Wien 🌿 Mit dem Umzug an den Julius-Tandler-Platz hat ELL - European Locomotive Leasing eine neue Arbeitswelt erhalten, die Austausch und Begegnung fördert. Im #Francis wurden zwei zuvor getrennte Etagen auf einer Ebene vereint – ein räumlicher Schritt, der für mehr Nähe, Kommunikation und gemeinsame Identität sorgt. Das PLANET-Team entwickelte ein Konzept, das die Wünsche der Mitarbeitenden nach hellen Arbeitsplätzen, Flexibilität und klar definierten Zonen aufgreift und sie zu einer offenen, lebendigen Arbeitsumgebung verbindet. Pflanzen, Glasflächen und natürliche Materialien prägen die Atmosphäre, während das Grafikkonzept die Werte von ELL – Dynamik, Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit – räumlich erfahrbar macht. 👉 Das Ergebnis: ein Büro, das konzentriertes Arbeiten ebenso fördert wie spontane Gespräche und produktive Zusammenarbeit. In the #Francis Building, two previously separate floors were joined to create a single level, promoting proximity, communication and a shared identity. The PLANET team developed a concept that reflects the employees’ wishes for bright workspaces, flexibility, and clearly defined zones – merging them into an open, vibrant work environment. Plants, glass surfaces, and natural materials shape the atmosphere, while the graphic concept makes ELL’s values – dynamism, efficiency, and sustainability – spatially tangible. 👉 The result: an office that equally supports focused work, spontaneous conversations, and productive collaboration.
