🚀 Big milestone at Pixel Photonics! Our integrated detector system, Dena, has just demonstrated sub-50 ps correlation between entangled photon-pairs — and here’s the kicker: That precision holds even at count rates over 20 million counts per second (MCps). By combining two of Dena’s waveguide-integrated SNSPD channels with the PicoHarp 330 from PicoQuant, featuring a constant fraction discriminator (CFD) that keeps timing sharp even when high count rates cause signal amplitudes to fluctuate. Exactly what's needed for high-speed, high-fidelity single-photon detection. For applications like quantum communication, entanglement-based experiments, and scalable photonic systems, this level of timing precision at high throughput unlocks entirely new possibilities. 👉 More speed.
