Yesterday, I successfully completed my BDB (Basiskwalificatie Didactische Bekwaamheid). 🎉 Taking this course during my first year and a half as a lecturer provided me with valuable insights into teaching, coaching and assessing students. Congratulations to my fellow colleagues who participated in the programme with me, and thank you to Esther H. who guided us! I am looking forward to applying the knowledge I have acquired and continuing to develop within the field of education.
