After nearly 2,5 years, my journey with Exact Sciences is coming to an end. I'm truly grateful to Exact for the opportunity to grow, take on new challenges, and – most importantly – work alongside so many talented and genuinely kind people. It's been a rewarding chapter, both professionally and personally. During my time as a Technical Support Analyst, I’ve supported teams and end-users across a fast-paced, mission-driven environment in the healthcare sector. Over the past seven years, working in technical support and related roles, I’ve built a solid skill set that includes: 🔹 troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues 🔹 providing high-quality support across systems and time zones 🔹 collaborating with cross-functional teams 🔹 maintaining high service standards in demanding environments I bring a strong international and multilingual mindset to every team – I'm a native Polish speaker, fluent in English, German, and Portuguese.
