What a wonderful journey these past months have been! I had the privilege of being part of a cross-functional innovation project alongside inspiring colleagues from different Houses, regions and functions, under the leadership of Luca de Meo and with the support and sponsorship of Cedric Charbit Presenting our work in Paris in front of senior leadership was a truly enriching experience, both professionally and personally. What I will specially take from this journey is the power of collaboration, collective intelligence and the importance of challenging established ways of thinking to keep moving forward.
