🇫🇷 Last week, we were joined by hundreds of leaders across Finance, HR, and Transformation for the Paris edition of #PigmentCatalyst. Our largest event to date, and a full day of conversations grounded in one shared reality: planning is changing fast, and the old ways won't keep up. A big part of that change is agentic AI. We showed our Modeler Agent live to our Paris community for the first time — planning models built in minutes, not months — and spent the day exploring what that shift means in practice. Bernard Giry (Région Île-de-France) spoke about what it really looks like to bring AI into planning processes: from practical use cases to measurable gains, but also the limitations and trade-offs that come with it. Philibert L. (Mobivia) brought a valuable operational view on consolidation and performance management, rooted in the day-to-day challenges teams are working through. Louis-Alexis LECLERCQ (EY) added perspective on the broader finance and operating model questions behind these changes, and what it takes to make them stick.
