2026: Hard to hire... Harder to get hired. It's all about AI this, AI that around here on Linkedin. The market has been taken over by the "easy way" and it has surely affected the hiring flow of growing companies. Not to mention rising careers in this sort of limbo. I see founders, managers and even recruiters complaining it's been hard to find great professionals. When it comes to remote work, though... It's 99% about the people. Sure, tools can help us work smarter. Go ahead and simplify the process using artificial intelligence. But please, don't forget the important things. I have to admit I am a bit tired of not being able to do much about it. So I have decided to go harder on it. Know companies that hire people in Brazil?
