🚀 Poland is becoming one of the key engines of our transformation in Europe !   Back from Warsaw and Kraków, I am truly impressed by the strength of our Polish teams.   Across COO, IT, Operations, Data & AI, and Financial Security, I saw : ·      deep expertise and strong ownership, ·      high maturity on critical platforms and transformation topics, ·      a clear ambition to accelerate, collectively with BNP Paribas Group   From strategic initiatives to concrete use cases, the level of engagement and execution mindset stands out. 💡   This trip also highlighted promising opportunities to further explore with CIB’s IT CoE in Poland, especially where stronger cooperation, in dedicated expertise could help us accelerate transformation across CPBS.   More broadly, it reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration – across businesses and countries – towards a common goal.
