Check out our recent work, highlighted by Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), on synthetic nanoparticles (nanozymes) that enable metal- and additive-free catalysis in water. Thanks to their efficient cellular uptake and good cell compatibility, these systems can be used for prodrug activation therapies in cancer cells. This work is the result of a close collaboration with Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón and CIC biomaGUNE. 👉 More details in the KIT news article: English: https://lnkd.in/dECf6Zsk German: https://lnkd.in/dvN2ypFs 📃 Research article: https://lnkd.in/d4p_G7SQ Special thanks to: Rabia Zahid, Ariadna Lázaro, Guillermo Moreno-Alcántar and María Sancho Albero
