The Pharma R&D Team met for their annual off-site to foster knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration and celebrate success. Throughout the day, more than 200 team members actively participated in strategic discussions and poster sessions showcasing the progress across the R&D portfolio and the wealth of knowledge across departments. Beyond science, the whole team demonstrated their collaborative artistic skills by crafting a few mural paintings that will decorate the R&D offices.
