Today marks Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Day - a moment to reflect on the power of shared success. As an employee-owned business, we’re proud to say that this has been our most successful year since founding in 1985 - a milestone that truly belongs to every member of our team. Yesterday we brought colleagues together at ICC Newport for our annual away day, combining business updates with an interactive Hunted experience. It was a great reminder that collaboration, trust and shared ownership aren’t just values - they’re what drive our performance.
