They wake up before sunrise. They read the soil like a book. This World Environment Day, we celebrate the hands that nurture the Earth every single day - our farmers. They are not just cultivators of crops, but protectors of soil, stewards of water, and quiet champions of land restoration—shaping a more sustainable future for all of us. As this year’s theme reminds us - our land is our future. And every mindful choice made on the field today helps protect it for tomorrow.   At PI, sustainability is a way of life. In FY26 alone, we partnered with over 44,000 farmers, bringing 35,000+ acres under sustainable practices, and planting 35,000 trees alongside the communities we serve. These are collective steps towards restoring and preserving the land we depend on.
