🌱 Wrapped up an incredible industry project with Practera and the inspiring team at Silatha, and the experience truly energizes me! Working at the intersection of AI, well-being, and psychological safety, our team explored how emerging technologies can meaningfully improve the human experience, not just in personal well-being but in the workplace too. We deep-dived into AI integration trends, analyzed key competitors, and developed strategic, creative, and ethical recommendations to help Silatha enhance user engagement, workplace psychological safety and stand out in an increasingly saturated market. It wasn’t just about innovation for the sake of it—it was about human-centered innovation that empowers and supports people.   This experience was deeply aligned with what I’ve been learning during my master’s, especially around HR innovation, employee experience, and technology-driven workplace solutions. I’ve come away with a sharper lens on how to design impactful, scalable, and empathetic solutions that balance strategy, well-being, and creativity. I'm more motivated than ever to continue building HR-focused, tech-empowered solutions that help people thrive at work—and I’ll be carrying the lessons and inspiration from this project into my next chapter. Huge thanks to Carlota Homan for her thoughtful guidance, to Practera for facilitating this opportunity, and to the University of Liverpool Management School for championing hands-on, meaningful learning. And of course, to my brilliant teammates – Mihir Singh, Nabil A., Preeti Okram, Jerlyn Francis, Sakshee Singh, and Gaurav Arora—thank you for your creativity, collaboration, and heart. It was a pleasure growing and building together. #EmployeeExperience #AIForWellbeing #WorkplaceInnovation #HRTech #PsychologicalSafety #CreativeThinking #FutureOfWork #Practera #UniversityOfLiverpool #PurposeDrivenWork #HumanCentredAI #PeopleFirst
