PHOENIX Pharmaceutical Science Award 2026 – Jury Has Selected the Awardees The jury of the PHOENIX Pharmacy Science Award 2026 has made its decision and selected the awardees for outstanding scientific publications originating from research conducted in 2025. During the jury meeting, submissions from four core disciplines were evaluated: Pharmacology & Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology. The assessment focused on scientific rigor, innovation and relevance to pharmaceutical research and practice. We are pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Daniel Merk (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) as a new member of the jury panel, assuming responsibility for the category Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He succeeds Prof. Dr. Peter Gmeiner, whose long-standing commitment and expertise are gratefully acknowledged. Throughout the year, we will regularly report on the award ceremonies and introduce the awardees along with their research contributions.  The PHOENIX Pharmaceutical Science Award stands for academic excellence and the sustained promotion of pharmaceutical research.
