Make a difference together – for health and social responsibility 💚 For us, health means more than providing care: we aim to sustainably improve people’s lives. How we bring this aspiration to life is also reflected in our social commitment.  Through our in-house donation platform, we work together with our employees to support initiatives that promote health and enhance quality of life.  Our main focus was on Hopp Children's Cancer Center Heidelberg (KiTZ), which we supported with €15,000. In addition, we also support organizations such as Pharmacists Without Borders and Blu:prevent. 👉 A special moment was the personal handover of the €15,000 donation to KiTZ in Heidelberg.  On site, it became clear how important the interaction between research, treatment, and psychosocial care is for treating children with cancer. A key component in this context is the “Kinderplanet,” run by the association Aktion für Krebskranke Kinder e.V. Heidelberg. It complements KiTZ’s medical work by providing a safe and supportive space for affected children and their families, helping to make everyday hospital life more humane, offering stability, and delivering psychosocial support.  Part of the donation has already been used to purchase play and activity materials, directly benefiting the children – a tangible contribution that makes a real difference in their daily lives. “The commitment of our employees shows how much we can achieve together. With the PHOENIX donation platform, we provide a sustainable framework for this engagement – and actively bring our mission ‘We deliver health’ into society,” says Leon Jankelevitsh, Member of the Executive Board Supply Chain Services, responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
