Last week, 28 colleagues from across the Phoenix Mecano Group came together in the beautiful surroundings of Churwalden, Switzerland, for the Phoenix Mecano Awards 2026. Day one featured 17 inspiring project presentations across the categories of Sustainability, Cost Excellence, Innovation, and Growth, showcasing the depth of talent and forward-thinking ideas within our group. On day two, participants took part in hands-on trainings in change management and leadership, followed by a short hike offering unique insights into life on a Swiss alp, combining learning with a truly memorable experience. A big thank you to everyone who contributed their ideas, energy, and initiatives.
