After a long application process, I am very excited and honored to announce my selection as a 2025 Amgen Scholar at ETH Zürich! I will be joining Professor Xiao-Hua Qin's Laboratory in Biomaterials Engineering at the Institute for Biomechanics (IfB), Department of Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST), working in the intersection of biomaterials engineering and computer vision to optimize the synthesis of 3D miniature human tissue and organoid models for disease modeling and drug discovery. The Amgen Scholars Program represents an exceptional and competitive opportunity to engage in cutting-edge biomedical research, collaborate with leading scientists, and expand my knowledge in interdisciplinary biology.
