This week I moved into a new role at Alstom as Talent Development Specialist for UK & Ireland. 🌱 What a joy the past two years have been as a Training Coordinator, working with amazing colleagues, partners, and customers, and having the opportunity to support the technical competence development of more than 1,000 delegates. Now I'm turning my focus to managerial and leadership capability development for our people, something I've been passionate about for a long time. I feel incredibly lucky to work with such wonderful humans at Alstom! A huge thank you to everyone who's supported me over the past few years, and to my new team and colleagues for such a warm welcome to the HR team already.
