Such a great time to be #AI-live: Finally back on the keynote stage, and my first time representing Simply Rational GmbH - The Institute for Decisions for allygatr in vibrant #Berlin. Feeling the #AI-hangover? Good. That means the real work is just beginning. The revolution isn't coming; it's happening right now. At its heart is a fundamental shift in how we learn, decide, and lead. It was my great honor to share my perspective with all the brilliant investors and ventures. My core messages were: ⭐️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗹𝗲. It can either supercharge or sabotage our performance. The secret is learning how and when to collaborate with our new digital colleagues to achieve extraordinary results. ⭐️ 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 '𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀-𝗶𝗻, 𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀-𝗼𝘂𝘁' 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽. We must be relentless in building bias sensitivity into our systems, especially for crucial HR decisions like #recruitment and #layoffs. Fair and transparent processes are not optional. ⭐️ "𝗨𝗽 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝘀" 𝘃𝘀. "𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝘀". A defensive decision-making culture is a silent killer of #innovation. Smart, simple rules -#heuristics- are the antidote, fostering a culture of courage, clarity, and growth. ⭐️ 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲! We can transform the invaluable gut feeling of senior specialists into powerful heuristics. This is a game-changer for transferring expertise and accelerating learning journeys for fresh talent.
