I am pleased to share the solid performance delivered by our Asset & Wealth Management division in the first quarter of 2026. Building on the strong foundations of 2025 and 2024, we continue to show resilience and deliver growth, even in a complex and uncertain market environment. ➡ €9 billion in net inflows, primarily driven by fixed income, money market and insurance strategies — reflecting the strength of our investment teams, notably at DNCA Finance, Loomis, Sayles & Company, and Ostrum Asset Management. ➡ €1,261 billion in assets under management at the end of March. These results speak to the strength of Natixis Investment Managers’ commercial momentum — the depth of our client relationships and the continued relevance of our multi-affiliate approach in today’s environment. As we execute on our 2026 priorities, we are making progress on the key objectives set at the start of the year: expanding our reach through a rethought distribution model, offering strengthened investment offering tailored to our clients’objectives, developing new partnerships to provide critical mass to each of our strategic expertise area and providing enhanced customers service. Together, these priorities are helping us build a stronger, more competitive firm — one that consistently delivers the expertise, reliability and service our clients expect, as we advance toward our VISION 2030 strategic plan. Thank you to our teams around the world for their commitment, and to our clients for their continued trust. Nicolas Namias Nathalie Bricker I Christophe Lanne I Fabrice Chemouny I David L.
