Cultivating and Developing a performance culture - the way forward in troublesome time I do not want to join in in the manifold preaches and melodies critizing politics and circumstances. I am deeply convinced, evenmore in challenging times, that we should mainly foucs on what we can do. Where we can improve, get better, get more customer orientated and by that win in competitive markets. At the end - the performance of you supply chain, the attractiveness of the product portfolio and customer orientation make the difference! I prefer to act rather than focusing too much on external circumstances! Therefor I am very grateful for my colleagues at Leuze Leuze Malaysia Leuze China. The topics we adressed this year. Developed forward. Made failures, learned out of it and corrected them. 👍Organizational speed is key. Being transparent for changes and failures. Discuss them openly and act upon them.
